Home Visits
Initial Home Visit $190 (Follow up visits $155)
I provide home visits in Riverside, the Inland Empire, and surrounding areas.
Initial visits are usually 90 mins. Your consultation includes a full assessment of Mom and Baby. We will go over strategies, positioning and information to help you with your current issue for nursing and/or pumping and make a plan together that considers your situation and goals.
After our visit you will receive a written care-plan by email with resources, video links and referrals. I work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and can provide referrals if needed.
Travel fee for Home Visits may be additional: Riverside ( 92504, 92506 and 92508) is $35. Surrounding cities are $45-$75 per visit by negotiation.
Your fee includes 2 weeks of follow-up by text and email.

Telehealth
Initial Virtual Consultation $155 (Follow up $95)
Virtual consultations work well for breastfeeding support and many common breastfeeding challenges. I use a private and secure platform.
Video consultation (approximately 45-60 mins) with a written care plan and 2 weeks of follow-up text and email support.

Clinic Appointments
Initial Consultation $155 (Follow up appointment $125 )
Clinic appointments (45-60 minutes) are ideal for a prenatal consultation, checking a latch, weight check, flange fit, or follow-up appointment.
Clinic appointments are available at Riverside Life Services in Riverside, and at Abundant Life Chiropractic in Rancho Cucamonga.
Includes 2 weeks text and email follow-up support.

Text/Email support for previous clients
Ongoing Support Package $35 per month
Ongoing support via text and email. Coverage extends for 1 calendar month from the date of payment.
If you have new and complex issues a Telehealth or in person consultation may be suggested.

Currently pregnant & planning to breastfeed?
Prenatal Consultation $75 (Telehealth or Clinic)
Includes comprehensive assessment, discussion and individualized practice time on key breastfeeding skills.
I will help you set and clarify your breastfeeding goals and make a plan for establishing breastfeeding with your baby; taking into consideration your unique family situation, health history, and expectations.

Health Insurance and Payment Options
I am able to accept most PPO, EPO,POS, OAP and some HMO plans from United Healthcare (UHC) and UMR, Cigna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield (BCBS), Anthem, Aetna, Multiplan, Pacific Source, MODA, VA Community Care Network, Tricare West & Tricare East, Champ VA, Prime Healthcare EHP (EPO of Blue Shield), Health Net of CA, and Provider Network of America (PNOA).
Approved insurance coverage will usually cover your consultation fee, although you may have a small co-pay depending on your plan.
Additional travel fees for home visits are not covered by insurance and will be confirmed based on your location. (See above)

Self Pay is also available, with discounts for families eligible for MediCal and WIC. I will provide a Superbill you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (full reimbursment is not guarranteed).
